On this day of the men's French Open finals, official Washington very officially begins mentally packing their cars for their summer exodus from Swamp City.

And by the time the men's Wimbledon final rolls around in early July, DC is emptier than the U.S. Treasury.

Leaving only us and the DC paper pushers.
